Hurray, one of my Wirestock sales (through Shutterstock) is on display within a news article 😁🐳🐋
Category: Hey’ that’s my Pic!
Heyaaaaa, thanks to Copytrack I have found my often selling moss photo on both the French site Francebleu and the British Express with similar content. The topic is a no-brainer since it is a photo of our own VERY mossy lawn in the backyard and what would be more suitable for articles about moss removal? And it’s spring, perfect time of the year to tidy up your garden and get rid of those nasty suckers! I would have NEVER known how often I would sell the photo – not with big earnings but a few cents here and there. Plus a few illegal copies I am fighting. Buy it from Getty Images or EyeEm directly, don’t infringe on any copyright!
But now, without further ado, please have a look at the two articles here:
Ha, you might remember this happy post from earlier this month:
My EyeEm Sales in November 2020
and guess what? Copytrack has found the sold vintage Sauerland photo on BBC Serbia!
We do feel honored! My husband thought I was crazy for uploading those old photos from the 1950s to EyeEm / Getty Images. MUHAHAHAAAAAA 😜😜😜
My husband did translate parts of the article with Google and it seems to be about the burning of witches in the last centuries including famous witch trials in Oberkirchen in the German Sauerland region – where this photo was taken. Very interesting read!
With the help of Copytrack I had found another one of my legally purchased stock photos on a travel website, it’s a whale watching picture from our Caribbean cruise a few weeks ago. It’s used for a handy article about what to do with just 48 hours on the beautiful Caribbean island St. Lucia, please check it out:
I am so very proud of my photo to be used for such an article! 🙂
Aaaaand another legally purchased stock photo that is adorning a rather reputable website – it makes me really proud that Celebrity Cruises have picked one of our Caribbean cruise vacation photos for their website:
You can check out the original stock photo here:
