The new Zazzle Volume Bonus explained

So there had been really horrible news around lately that we sellers would not earn any volume bonus anymore. I myself had misunderstood the official Zazzle news. I thought that from July 2013 on, we only can earn bonus when we REFER sales. But that is not true, the basic seller volume bonus remains, the only thing that changes are the percentages. We will earn less (in my case 1% instead of 7% in a regular month.

This is the official information about Zazzle’s volume bonus from their website:

Volume Bonus Program

Multiply your Zazzle earning power beyond your royalties with volume bonuses!

As a Zazzle Associate, you can earn volume bonuses by referring your sales on Zazzle. The more you sell, the more you earn!

New tiers and payout for new program:

  • Earn money on your store and marketplace sales
  • Bonuses start at just $100
  • Build a bigger bonus payment by combining your sales from multiple accounts
  • This program and ALL selling on Zazzle is 100% FREE!

Starting July 1, 2013:

Monthly Base Sales % Bonus
Level 1 $0.00 – $99.99 0%
Level 2 $100 – $999 1%
Level 3 $1,000 – $4,999 5%
Level 4 $5,000 – $99,999 12%
Level 5 $99,999 and above 17%

(Calculated as percentage of Base Sales)

My Recent Zazzle Sales (2013, Week 19)

During the 19th week (the first week of May), I was able to sell quite a lot and in addition to that had a whole bunch of referral sales, too! First, let’s start with my original products that I sold on Zazzle during that week:

Winter Love - Heart in Snow Lockets

Create one-of-a-kind photo necklaces on zazzle.

Hurray, my first sold locket of not my first sold necklace! This is awesome 🙂

This photo is a funny edited version with the American flag added to the castle.

This one is also royalty-free and ok to use.

My Caribbean products are all pretty new from this year and already getting more and more popular. I definitely need more time to create more products with our great photos!

Ok, these were sales of my own products, the following products are referred sales I earned 15% commission for 🙂

My Recent Zazzle Sales (2013, Week 18)

Are you interested to see what I have been able to sell on Zazzle? I have earned quite some money from it in the last one and a half years, it really is my best online earning website at the moment and does even beat Gather.com and Bubblews! Of course, in order to be successful on Zazzle, you need to invest some time in marketing and need to know how to attract buyers. But apprently I am doing something right 🙂

Ok, so here we go, these items are my sales from the 18th week in 2013:

This lovely button shows a very famous landmark of the Caribbean. Unfortunately, this sale got cancelled and I did not earn royalty from it. But I think it’s pretty and intended to share it anyway 🙂

This postcard is a picture perfect motive – it screams tropical paradise like no other! The Isla Saona is part of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. We were lucky to go on a Caribbean cruise in January and February this year, it was awesome!

I did not earn too much that week but the Volume Bonus for March got cleared that month and earned me addition $7, hurray!

By the way, Zazzle has updated their site layout just recently. Were you affected by the changes and do you like them? I think it’s way too white and obviously targeted to tablet PCs and smartphones instead of PCs and laptops. I find it tooooo big for surfing through my laptop.

What do you think?

My Recent Zazzle Sales (2013, Week 17)

I know this is terribly delayed but better late than never, right? And at least I can be almost sure that there will be no cancellations after posting this several weeks too late. Yes, I am optimistic *lol*

Anyway, here are my 10 Zazzle sales from calendar week 17, which was April 22nd to April 28th:

This is a very interesting sale since this postcard (and the landscape format version of it) have skyrocketed. Well, maybe because I tagged them cleverly to make “50 Shades of Grey” lovers find it? Mhhh… I hope so ;-P

Winter Love - Heart in Snow Postcard

This heart in the snow is a photo my husband took last winter especially for Zazzle. It is getting quite popular and hubby is very proud that buyers like it 🙂

My iBaby pacifier is not the only one on the Zazzle marketplace but I feel honored that customers like it. I had also created maternity shirts which also are a hit.

German by birth, Bavarian through God grace Bumper Sticker

Design your own bumper sticker at Zazzle

This is a German bumper sticker for my fellow Bavarians who are proud of their federal state.

See? I told you this photo edit with grey sparkles is getting more and more popular. This one is a poster print!

Another German bumper sticker. This means “Amelie on tour” in the dialect spoken in Cologne.

This postcard has also become pretty popular.

This is my most popular mug design by now and one of three most popular products in my shop. It also is my biggest earner!

As simple as this card design it, it is not my first sale for this plain white card *lol*

How are your sales doing at the moment?
