My EyeEm Sales in September 2020 πŸ“·β€

New month, new sales (in the previous month). I have sold one photo of my daughter unwrapping Christmas gifts πŸ™‚

It’s part of a whole series under the Christmas tree – cute as a button on her first Christmas.

I must admit I had and still have mixed feelings about uploading her (and her brother’s) photos to EyeEm and to Getty Images. And I currently have two copyright battles going on with websites that stole my kid’s photo without permission. I just hope it’s worth the hassle… I do recommend Copytrack in order to find copyright infringers, let me know if you are interested in more info on their free service πŸ™‚

  1. I have a similar dilemma having thousands of photos of my kids, many of which would work well for stock photography, but I’m a bit too concerned about misuse and the fact that they’re still too young to give their own consent.

Copytrack has found two of my images which have been used without permission and despite the fact that those images have been in the review stage since July, it remains an excellent service.

  2. Thanks so much for stopping by and writing a comment.
I have three open cases on Copytrack at the moment. Two have very little to zero chances but one seems to be promising.
    I do love your photos!
