I’m still figuring out how to design the popsockets. Somehow, I don’t see it on the products options, only shirts.

Ah, you cannot create Popsockets with a brand new account. You need the next seller level (tier 10). You will need to design 10 t-shirts first AND have 10 sales 😦 They are very cautious about design quality.
