Flipboard is a social bookmarking service similar to Pinterest focussing on sharing news with followers. Instead of boards like on Pinterest, Flipboard has “magazines” you can use to sort your added links. You can add more than just news, almost every link is possible. I do have an old account with many pod links but I could not add new magazines anymore since I had an issue with the password – which I did not have when using the Facebook login 🤦♀️ Instead of creating tedious support tickets, I just created a new and fresh account and am slowly filling it with my finds.
The advantage of Flipboard is that magazines get picked up by Google search and get listed in search results. I will keep testing it – it is free, why not?
